Advice for reporting an issue

We want BracketMaster to be the most effective tool it can be, so we’re grateful to anyone that takes the time to report an issue. In a new thread of this sub-forum, please provide the following information:

• Device Type: Android/iOS/Windows/Amazon Fire OS
• Form Factor: Phone/Tablet (if it’s a layout issue and seems relevant)
• Operating System Version: Ex: iOS 12/Android 8.1 Oreo/Windows 10/etc.
• BracketMaster Version: The app version number can be found on the “About” page, reached by tapping the squared-bubble around an ‘i’ in the upper-right corner toolbar.
